Ingredients that Benefit Hair Growth:

Watermelon is packed with Vitamin C, which helps your body to use non-heme iron – this ensures that enough iron is in your red blood cells to assist in carrying oxygen to your hair follicles, promoting healthy hair. Collagen is also needed for healthy hair growth and watermelon helps promote collagen formation.  And just in case you don’t know, collagen also strengthens the scalp’s dermis and helps antioxidants fight free radicals which damage the hair. Notably, collagen is an anti-aging protein and can even prevent age-related hair loss.

Dark Chocolate improves circulation also helps fight hair loss. Nutrients in dark chocolate not only boost hair growth but also improve the quality of your tresses by adding strength to each strand and making them lustrous and soft.

Lime juice is beneficial in promoting hair growth. It has been used to treat baldness, hair thinning and hair loss problems for ages now. The main nutrient that promotes hair growth is Vitamin C, that is present in limes in large amounts.
